Seb Wildblood is a British producer, DJ, composer, and label founder whose music moves through deep house, ambient, downtempo, broken beat, garage, lo-fi pop, and hazy electronic songwriting. Long rooted in the UK underground, he became known not only through his own productions but through the worlds he helped build around them, co-founding the Church label and later running imprints including Coastal Haze and all my thoughts. Early releases such as U, Foreign Parts, The One With The Emoticon, and Grab The Wheel introduced a warm, melodic, club-adjacent language: dusty, emotional, gently euphoric, and often more interested in atmosphere than straight function. With sketches of transition in 2019, Wildblood pushed that sound into a more reflective and personal space, stretching ambient, deep house, broken beat, and live instrumentation into something that felt closer to a diary than a DJ tool. do you feel it too? followed in 2022 with a softer, more open-hearted glow, while separation anxiety in 2023 deepened the emotional weight of his work, folding collaborations with artists including Laraaji, Lawrence, sir Was, Tess Roby, and Mauv into a record about absence, attachment, and rebuilding. Recent releases including NEVER LOOK DOWN, FLUSH EP, WFL, and Waterworld LP have continued to blur the edges between dance music and songwriting, with Waterworld bringing his voice further forward across shoegaze, post-punk, indie, and electronic textures. Across his catalogue, Seb Wildblood feels like an artist quietly dissolving the borders around club music: still rhythm-led, still deeply physical, but increasingly intimate, melodic, and emotionally exposed.
